Shipping & Returns
At Dormpop, we don’t do “fast fashion” or piles of “just in case” inventory. We’re all about Small Batch Sustainability.
The Creation Phase: Your order is custom-made and ships directly from our artisans in India within 5–7 days.
The Journey: Once it clears our quality check and hits the air, estimated shipping time is 3–5 days to your door via FedEx Priority International Shipping.
Total Vibes: You can expect your Dormpop delivery in your hands roughly 2 weeks after you hit “order.”
The Return Reality: Because each piece is made just for you, and because we don’t keep stock on hand or operate out of a traditional warehouse, eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking and freight recovery fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
The Fine Print, But Make It Clear: All returns must be approved in advance and shipped through our return process with tracking. We’re not able to accept local drop-offs, in-person returns, or customer-arranged deliveries to any return address.
