At Dormpop, we’ve ditched the "mass-produced" model. We believe in Small Batch Sustainability, which means your items aren't sitting in a dusty warehouse—they are often custom-made or finished specifically for your order by our team of artisans in India.
Quality takes time, but we promise the wait is worth the "wow" factor.
1. The Shipping Timeline
Because we ship directly from our international artisans to your door, our process is broken into two phases:

The Creation Phase (5–7 Business Days): Your order is processed, handcrafted, and put through a rigorous quality check by our artisans.

The Journey (3–5 Business Days): Once your order "hits the air," we use FedEx Priority International Shipping to get it to your doorstep as fast as possible.

Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their Dormpop magic within 2 weeks of placing their order.
2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $7.00 or Free over $100.

Priority International: We exclusively use FedEx Priority to ensure your handmade goods are handled with care and arrive safely.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package clears our quality inspection and is handed off to FedEx, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your masterpiece’s journey from India all the way to your New York dorm or Georgia apartment!
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Small-Batch, Zero Stress. Part of our commitment to a better shopping experience is transparency. While our products are handcrafted internationally, all import duties are included in your order. No surprise invoices, no customs delays—just artisan quality delivered straight to your door.
5. Address Changes & Redirects
Please double-check your dorm or apartment address (don't forget that room or suite number!). Because we ship via FedEx International, we are unable to change the delivery address once the package has left our artisan studio. Dormpop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" by FedEx, Dormpop is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact your local FedEx hub or campus mailroom immediately.
