• Lead Times: Because we value the artisan process, our small-batch orders typically take 2–3 weeks from order to your door.

• Shipping: We ship via FedEx Priority International directly from our artisans in India to your location, with full tracking provided by our US team.

• Support: Our offices in New York and Georgia are available Monday–Friday to assist with order tracking, styling advice, or custom inquiries.
